Turkish sausage

Sucuk (Turkish sausage) is a very popular type of spicy sausage in Turkey, that has beef, pepper, garlic, and cumin. This sausage is mostly consumed on breakfast and sometimes at bbq parties. Cooking this sausage on a charcoal grill is probably the best way to eat it.
