Pudding is a sweet or savory food made with flour, starch, milk or water. Pudding salted pudding used as a coating on meat or sausages; Pudding served with ingredients such as fresh fruit and whipped cream is called sweet pudding.

There are four different ways to prepare pudding: boiled, baked, steamed and chilled. Some recipes may be prepared by one method or another, or a combination of methods.
