ezine cheese

It is a full-fat cheese type of medium hardness produced in Ezine district of Çanakkale region. Thanks to the milk obtained from the Kaz Mountains, Ezine cheese is delicious. The presence of both oily and aromatic herbs in the region makes the milk of the animals more delicious. Cheese contains a high percentage of protein.
